@Jorge Ruiz I want to make sure I understand your question.NOI after the mortgage is paid off in its entirety or NOI after the mortgage payment and other expenses are subtracted?

I'm not encouraging anyone else to invest money they can't afford to lose in its entirety.

In between time I studied Real Estate in its entirety for 5 long years, before I took my 1st step in 2016 to do my 1st flip.

You can try and figure it out if there's enough money left for you to get a grant or loan, but tough luck if it doesn't work out.I'm not extreme enough to say that we are a socialist country as an entirety, and understand this is circumstantial. 

And if they are working for you through a service (you didnt hire them directly) then make sure they get the entirety of the bonus.

In 2008 the housing OVER-supply took almost a decade of ramping up building to create, I know as I was involved in the building that entirety of time.

He still worked hard and gave us everything he had, including the entirety of his retirement plan... now I’m sure you’ll understand why I want to be financially free, sooner then later after telling you that.

As I was staring at that graph showing double digit declines three times I was very surprised, and thinking it couldnt be true.....then it jumped out that the graph is not showing the entirety of housing in the bay area....the graph is only showing "High Priced Tier Homes". 

At the end of the day, starting somewhere is usually better than doing nothing (unless you can be honest and describe yourself as a person who doesn't want to put in any work).The good news is if you're a person going through this "analysis paralysis" today spending the time to read the comments on this forum, and even spending the time to read my post in its entirety - there's a good chance you are not in category 2.
