That’s just not make sense, spending 6k$ because a 10 years roof(perfectly fine by house inspection company) have color discrepancy?!..

I would be concerned about the discrepancy that your agent provided and what you saw in actual reports. 

Hopefully, they all will return the form completed with enough time that in case there are any discrepancies, I can have the seller sort it out.

Here is where I start to have problems, we corrected the discrepancies that they gave us and then they added more discrepancies on the re-inspection.
