I got my business in an LLC when I took over, when I heard that, called by broker, and she said, "of course we had an endorsement that covered you as well because we know you get sued also". 

I realize that isn't a glowing endorsement, but it is a reality.

I've never heard of this method before and I'd like to learn more about it.I see that you're involved in a turn-key business, so you might endorse it more than the average person would, but I do wonder if it's a legitimate way for someone to make money in REI.

There are also a few troubled subdivisions over that way, too, with lots of foreclosures and lots of renters, so I can't make a blanket endorsement; you've got to evaluate each one.
