When you are a full time employee and you have maybe a unit or 2 you do this with, it is doable, but scaling MTR is more time and labor intensive.

PROBLEM:Year 2014- The 2nd lien Note  was never paid and the lender did not take any actions to enforce their rights for many years.The Wells Fargo 1st lien eventually PAID OFF IN FULL (thereby sliding the non collected 2nd Mortgage lien into a PRIORITY lien Position)in 2014 the property was purchased and was transferred again.

It’s not a full STR management system like OwnerRez, but it has helped me simplify the accounting side for each LLC.Since you’re already deep into OwnerRez, you might get the most mileage from pairing that with something that handles clean bookkeeping and property-level accounting.

While the deed stays in the seller's name until the financial obligations are paid in full, legal title/ownership transfers at closing to the buyer.This is actually INCORRECT.
