We had our first baby a year ago and have since switched our strategy since we don’t want to live with tenants while we grow our family.The SFH we sectioned off the house so we have our own side and the renters have their own.

I mean shoot we had a grand baby in my house here in Oregon for a few years I now have to repaint all my wood work etc.. those toddlers are murder on a house.. no you take 2 to 5 kids and all the baby daddys and these houses will take more maintenance than what most proforma's account for and by a lot.
