Doing my homework and itching to get started

For the lest year or so, I have gotten the itch to buy and hold rental properties for present and future cash flows.

You get the cashflow, appreciation, and real estate "itch" if you need it!

Big funds and institutional buyers dominant the tax lien arena today.Buying a property auctioned for taxes for $1,000...you have to wonder what kind of property you will get for $1,000,  especially, if you are the high bidder.You seem to be itching to get into the game, and I don't blame you. 

I'm itching to buy my first 2 family home/investment property but can't decided if I want to A) take out a conventional loan and cover the downpayment with a loan against my 401k or B) take out an fha loan and cover the downpayment and repairs in cash, and then look for a property that will still cashflow given the higher monthly payment required of me.

Now I've got an itch to go measure everything again. 

Get ready, once the cash flow starts coming in the itch grows fast!

I agree with you @Michael Rosehart I bought my condo in 2014 for 200k and it has gone up to 300k now, I'm already itching to refi. 

We have quite a few that I am itching to redo, and I'll have to keep those colors in mind.Do you manage your own?
