That isn't a bad thing, it's just that the higher rates and fees usually make up for the lack of a sharper cut on the deal.

But, I do wake up at 5:00am :-)5:00 am - Wake up5:20 - Pray and time with God5:45 - Return emails, follow up on paperwork/contracts (I'm much sharper in the mornings)7:30 - Breakfast8:00 - Line up my leads/calls for the day9:00-12:00 - Making calls/lead generation (everyday, no exceptions)12:30 - Workout1:00 - Whenever - Showings, making offers, etc.

I think you need to get sharper and more confident in your numbers before you pull the trigger.

My point is, there is value in the novelty of it all vs just having a TV, even if the TV has a sharper image.
