We have a great Metro-parks system, excellent zoo and museum, and fantastic minor league sports teams (Toledo Mud Hens, Walleyes, a new minor league soccer team starting this year, and one of the oldest professional women's football teams).

The Wasatch Area Real Estate Investor Association now broadcasts some of its meetings, and I would get on their radar.http://www.wareia.com/The benefit of the other associations is the networking. 

The area near University is a plus because of light rail and with the addition of the new Soccer stadium it's definitely a up and coming area.

During the analysis portion of the broadcast when Brandon was adjusting numbers to demonstrate what a good deal might be, he mentioned that we may "almost be in flip territory".
