In the exact same way that big tobacco had taxes levied and legislation levied to make them actually account for the consequences of their methods, lies and damage.If people are anti-carbon tax then I can only assume they would welcome a removal of subsidies and the taxes that provide for them for fossil fuels.

We had a similar situation a few years ago, walls were tobacco colored, My maintenance guys used 3 coats of think primer before painting an thoroughly cleaned out the duct work and that seemed to get rid of the smoke smell.
