Thinking of starting a FB page to further promote my STRs. Good idea or no? And would y'all do a separate page for each property or just one page. I did build a website but it gets zero hits.....

(We are getting requests  from people wanting to rent as off platform guests and want something to show them other than directing them to VRBO or AIR.)

Appreciate any advice.

I've had a FB page for my STRs for about 10 years.  Had zero bookings from it.  Have inquiries, but I turn them away.  Also have a CraigsList ad for the same amount of time.  Probably have 2-3 rentals a month from CraigsList.  But I'm sort of in a different niche than renting to vacationing people.  I rent directly to them.  I send them the address, tell them what I'm driving, and I meet them there about 5 minutes later.  I've never been shot, robbed or assaulted.  But I'm a big burly guy driving a jacked up 4x4 with tobacco in my mouth.
