@JD Martin I am through with the multiple references to no pets- I just find it incredible (as in I don't believe them) when they can quote me the features and amenities of the unit and they were unable to see the multiple references to no pets.

Hey BP,So one of the HOA's that I own a rental in is trying to pass an amendment limiting rentals to 20% of the homes in the neighborhood and all tenants and leases have to be approved by the board of directors of the HOA.From all the research I have done on BP it seems like if this passes I am SOL, and probably will have to sell. is this a correct understanding?

I see services that allow the tenant to deposit cash at a local Walmart, but everyone of these services is a separate product that I would have to license or enroll in.
