If treated kindly and with respect, they will usually be honest and vulnerable about what they are going through and how they might be able to either salvage the situation or walk away with dignity. 

Comingling funds, or using LLC funds to pay for personal items makes it vulnerable. 

I'm just waiting for all of the people who bought Florida land in the past 30 years -- when global warming became widely known in society -- want the federal government to bail them out for declining property values even though they knew they were buying in vulnerable areas.

It would be irresponsible to publicly post the addresses to properties that are vacant or could otherwise be considered vulnerable to illegal activity.

As a proponent of good government, I believe that government should not be a willing party towards fleecing its most vulnerable (or dumbest, if you want to call a spade a spade) citizens.

Though we've discussed the usefulness of bad PR quite a bit on this thread, there is also the notion that many thousands of vacation rental owners have no idea how vulnerable they are.

I am a capitalist and believe in a free laws based market -  i also believe we need to take care of the vulnerable.  

That is how vulnerable a female feels when boundaries are ignored.  

We decided the best course of action will be to work with them, if and when..........we do not have any deadbeat tenants and we have a few that may be vulnerable.
