I was wondering if i should buy near a dam, or a lake, or far away for them, or near the mountains, which specifically in this city have higher risk of being burned, where will i get the better profit from rental...Then i decided to start building a platform to look for nearby hospitals, schools, parks, etc and cross this information with rental prices in order to assist me when taking this decisions.

I imagine it's like a dam.

To be honest I am so dam busy I don't know what to do. 

I have worked with some truly useless indians on jobs that had a quota of indians required to be on it, I have also also worked with some dam good workers who were indians that were getting ahead. 

Anyone know of any companies who will close a cash deal with everything going on now in the Pittsburgh area preferably in Beaver or Lawrence Counties?

Find out if you are at high flow or low flow and if there is a dam anywhere.

The insurance companies pass the cost on to the policy holder and we end up paying for the dam lawyers.
