That's a big part of why I became a Realtor -- save money on commissions and I can help other investors/new investors since I don't have unlimited money/time to scoop every deal that comes on market up anyway.You probably don't want to run around broadcasting every move you're going to make, but there are only so many people you can have a conversation about real estate with at the same level you're at and I'm guessing a lot of RE professionals don't want to burn those bridges completely!

Ex: Some might be interested only in buying condos.Third is ask them how often they want to receive email from you.Then you can send them emails called 'Broadcasts' from your software..

I'll send out a broadcast tomorrow morning and call some of those on the list that I've spoken with.

Especially if your using the internet to broadcast your property where essentially anyone could see it.What are steps that you would take if this happens?

There has not been a single broadcast that has not provided me value or that I felt was a waste of my time.

Yet so many resources are available broadcasting what you shouldn’t do , why would you repeat those mistakes.
