I think this is a nice idea since a lot of tenants just have to live with dull or even white-washed walls that never feel inviting.

The way I see it, life would be very dull indeed if I had to spend all my waking hours stacking my real estate earnings in a room and guarding it.

IMO, the drama, high repair & vacancy rates would quickly dull the sheen of the "so called good deal".

There truly is never a dull moment here plus the landscape changes drastically depending on what part of town you're in.

Crystal City makes perfect sense for the area here because there is an abundance of empty office space, a few vacant lots, on two Metro lines, urban, adjacent to the airport, inside the Beltway and only one major developer with which to deal ... it makes a ton more sense than the techy area out by Dulles. 

You'll love it here in Vegas, never a dull moment..  

Is the description dull and sterile or sexy?

Refrigerator too small, paint color too dull, well those I wouldn't "fix".If the inspection include other stuff, like molds, or lead in water, asbestos in textured ceiling, radon gas etc...I would be really concerned.

I truly believe the corporate nature and dullness of an HOA disregards individual’s emotion and opinions.
