I went to the surrogate court yesterday and got the basic information.

Basically a 5 % swing in the "Cow" herd, that's momma cows, dictate the whole market. 

I'm a momma of 3 young kiddos and am interested in meeting real estate investors close to my area, especially ones with kids!

Then everyone and their momma marketed to absentee owners.

Do your family members want to take on any surrogates they'd be willing to lend for??

Then you have the other half that's perfectly content to sit in momma's basement until they're 27 and they feel that life somehow owes them something.

I did call the surrogate probate court, but they had already left for the day and I’ll try again on Monday, but I thought I would ask here as well.Cheers!

Obviously I don't want to add him, but I am concerned with the repercussions of not letting him move in to his finance (and baby momma's) new place.

I would rather have 30 houses I own with just me and momma ( my wife ) than 90 houses I jointly own with a partner.
