What sources do you all use to scrub your lists??

I spend a lot of time pulling and scrubbing my lists to ensure my lists are targeted and my competition is limited.

I'm curious, James, how much success do you have with your VA scrubbing Craiglist for FSBOs and For Rent ads?

Does reiskip.com scrub against the litigators list in 2024?

After scrubbing several books on MH investing, I have seen three prevailing flavors of MH investing: Land Lease (Renting/selling a home on leased land in some one else's park), MH+land, or MHPs.

I design my direct mail campaigns as a series of 3 to 7 letters to go out to the same audience over a period of time usually every 10 days or so.Before I mail though ALOT of work goes into "scrubbing" the data.

Then I scrub the list and start over.My experience is that the different letters generate some momentum.

In the Phoenix market, title companies have gotten really good at getting the lists much quicker than a few years back and they're also scrubbing them against the local MLS.

At this point I am going get a fresh scrubbed list but I'm not sure if YL will be my next move.
