yes, some people (who run it as a full time business) do well, just as some people who run automotive manufactures, chemical plants, and construction companies do well.

So far have been suggested Bobbie King of Fairway, Sean Huss of Chemical Bank, and Matt Slater from Northpointe Bank.Through my initial interviews they seem all very capable, helpful, and knowledgeable. 

He gave me the following options:OPTION 1: $20,000 - Rip up the floor and pour chemical grout in that one area and retile the floor.

Chemical Engineering, BUT my degree was probably the biggest hindrance in my investing.

Another option for low cost apartment type housing is to make very small units without cooking or bathroom facilities (though a chemical toilet for the privacy conscious might work and wouldn't take up nearly as much room as a conventional one does and cost much less without the plumbing and upkeep). 

For a bathroom use a chemical camping toilet they can empty in the house once in a while.

Standard fasteners typically corrode over time, when exposed to the chemicals infused in PT lumber, which can lead to fastener failure.That being said, the basements of old were framed using standard lumber, and typically have held up just fine!
