IMHO, one should allow your wounds to heal before performing surgery on others. :) I found other examples in Ohio as well.The best thing to take from any REIA group, is find out what the investors did that, did not work.

When I was looking for a shelter dog, the county shelter was 98% pit bulls that were wound up like crazy, and likely surrendered because the landlord wouldn't allow a dog.
