In a pot i put quinoa, a bag of mixed frozen vegetables, lots of water, 2 bay leafs, salt, pepper, olive oil, 1 lemon, black pepper, italian herbs, 1 habanero (which i pulled out later).

The tenant never told his girlfriend about the 10 day notice but did tell her they would move out whenever they wanted because the news is saying all evictions are being frozen and there is nothing the landlord can do about it whether he pays or not.

Trying to manage this yourself is basically an open invitation for pretty big problems (e.g. break-ins/vandalism, frozen pipes/water damage, etc.) -- failing to hire a property manager in an effort to save some $$$ when you're not local AND you're not intimately familiar with the market is almost always a penny-wise, pound-foolish move.

So, for example, they reduced my taxes by $126 this year but I paid more than that because the 25% plus $100 freeze fee added up to $138 (but at least the assessment is frozen for the next two years).
