Cleveland Hts, Toledo; all the rust belt cities are considering this kind of legislation.     100 year old homes can be charming, desirable and more affordable than a new build but look to local laws.   

This doesn’t mean it has to be new or nice, it can still be a fixer-upper, but the idea is to pick a desirable property in a desirable area, the best that you can afford.

Recognize your generous, kind actions will not always workout the way you (and everyone) desires it to.  

Most are in less desirable neighborhoods / are less updated, but some are on par if not better.

The property has a small parking pad for me but the parking in the area seems way more reliable than the more "desirable" neighborhoods.For those that have been in the Baltimore Real Estate game for a while - I'm curious what your opinion on this area is as I've seen mixed reviews.
