Just out of curiosity I pulled an old thread from 2 years ago, with raving reviews of Norada, and was shocked to discover that people invested $50K-$100K knowing that they were buying just a piece of paper (promissory Note), with no assets to secure their investment.

While gathering details, we discovered that the fire department contacted the seller the day before closing, meaning the seller knowingly withheld this critical information and allowed the sale to go through.We immediately reached out to the title company first thing Monday morning to stop the closing process, as they had not yet received the executed documents.
