However, when if lender was to inform me that a certain pre-paid fees is refundable after closing, I would have instead negotiated to refund at closing by instructing the closing agent to ensure that refund is credited to me on HUD1.

They will supposedly first pay you back your initial earnest money with interest within four weeks of signing their NEW RELEASE AGREEMENTS as a show of good faith if you get in touch with their attorney (send me a private message so I can send you instructions to get in contact with their attorney), and then the remaining outstanding deposit with interest within two months after that.

Mine are: not left unattended (still happens), not allowed on furniture (or if allowed, only on towels or blankets brought by the guest), and please pick up and dispose of poop responsibly (along with clear instructions where the trash is, etc.).We do have exterior cameras (I highly recommend) which is how we track some compliance.
