Honestly if they need to store a couple suitcases I wouldn't mind, but it's easier to start strict and go more lenient afterward then the other way around.The second is most tenants are not careful about things in the attic like A/C duct-work and will lay or drop stuff on them causing damage and possibly extra wear on the unit since it is now cooling the attic instead of the living space or has restricted flow.

For those of you who have done this, did you just use a suitcase? 

Is that cash, small bills, in a suitcase?

Moving furniture in and out vs. just a suitcase and using the property mostly just to sleep rather than living in results in very little to any damage between tenants.  

You had Al Florida and Shep they showed up with a suitcase full of cash and a 356 magnum you did not screw with those dudes .. they had an office next to mine, I was running a HML company at the time.

One does not need to treat the IRA as if it is a leaking radioactive suitcase, however.  

My question is, how could this work for me if I am living out of my suitcase on the road?

Even just reintroducing a suitcase that moved out while the renters were traveling is enough to do it.
