No holding companies, management LLC's or WY,NV or DE LLC's.

I didn't see a need for a holding company but if someone wants one, you can just use another LLC as the holding company.

Finding a bank that will finance a buy and hold small note portfolio is kind of a unicorn in the note world.

Conventional loans work well for your first few properties, especially if you're house hacking or doing long term holds.

If they don't want to scale they can be more like my style, super hands off with only five SFRs and everything is paid and owned fully by my holdings LLC, im in control but don't work in my business.
