I'm in CT and in Fairfield county the majority of purchases in this time were so discounted that there only has been movement upwards.Did Southington not experience the same?

For reference, here is my current default log with POL -- as indicated some of these have been non-performing for many months/years but there has been almost zero movement/action by the POL "asset management" team at resolving.

There are 3% down conventional products as well, and Movement Mortgage currently has a 3% grant (never needs to be paid back, apparently) on a conventional product if you are below a certain income threshold, so may be worth contacting them.
