HI @Jason BradstreetLast time we referred to Movement Mortgage for HELOC.

I'm in CT and in Fairfield county the majority of purchases in this time were so discounted that there only has been movement upwards.Did Southington not experience the same?

The neighborhood is mostly retirees; therefore, not much movement in the neighborhood.

For reference, here is my current default log with POL -- as indicated some of these have been non-performing for many months/years but there has been almost zero movement/action by the POL "asset management" team at resolving.

There are 3% down conventional products as well, and Movement Mortgage currently has a 3% grant (never needs to be paid back, apparently) on a conventional product if you are below a certain income threshold, so may be worth contacting them.  

See if they show any signs of movement. 

With a clear bowel, a slow leak will just continuously drain out.

So our home has had some foundation movement from expansive soil.
