If it's indeed hair plugging the drain, and not a toy/hygiene/diaper item, it's really up to the landlord to improve the configuration to prevent this.

If the system has worked well in the past and you've just recently developed a couple leaks, I wouldn't get too carried away changing component configurations around.

It depends on the configuration of the home and where people will be entering/exiting.

You'll spend 20 hours a month maintaining a well built site, at least.I purchased a LeadPropeller site a few months back during a great sale Danny was having and still haven't done much beyond configuring the basics due to not having a lot of time (But I'm going to get it all finished soon!!).

Just curious because I will be getting setup with my own configuration and just like you, want to make sure that it will work for me on the go.
