Elon might have exaggerated that some, but I wouldn't be surprised if it were true.

The need for an LLC is grossly exaggerated on BiggerPockets and other websites.

I agree, they kill so many good deals by exaggerating minor issues. 

I have never purchased a turnkey rental, but if I do, it will probably be through them.Without exaggeration, you will not find a turnkey company with a better reputation.

I was going to look in my BP profile to determine exactly when we sold it but my profile no longer shows the entered property records which is unfortunate as it is one way, in addition to votes, that provides some credibility to the investors qualifications (assuming they do not exaggerate their holdings).
