The program is holding no accountability over this.I really tried to embrace the experience and immerse myself in the program.

You have to embrace the process and not just give up when things (today) aren't immediately happening that way you want.

But by and large, they have taken the lessons we have taught them and embraced them.Also, as they get older, they need to be given responsibility so they can learn. 

I embrace new technologies, as some parts of real estate are still behind the times. 

That was 22 years ago & yet we keep accumulating properties so it's a much healthier fit.
