It will have some associated costs, but if you're at year 4 and it looks like interest are going up, you can lock in another 5 years early.I'm most comfortable with loans that resemble C.

Hello,I'm looking for comments/suggestions on the situation outlined below.I've done a lot of looking around and have read many different posts but have not seen anything that closely resembles my situation.

There are porcelain tiles that resemble travertine - that is the way to go IMO. 

What would you say to a tenant who moved out and had children who wrote on the walls,  then tried to cover nail holes with spackle (leaving walls to resemble a teenager with pimples), a wood stain on a carpet that was left buckled after cleaning, etc. etc. etc..  

I would not be looking to create anything that resembles a REIA.
