It is a societal problem and really drags down property values and rental marketability.My situation is similar--no movie style drive by's or gangster rap scenes, just lots  of traffic next door, walk ups, drive ups, all stay a few minutes.

i dont see a need to do that. if the communication between landlord and tenant was there (seems like it was), i dont see the need.if you really want to, giving them a movie gift card is what we have done in the past (for other reasons)
