There's so many things that can change the dynamics and attitudes like partners dying, getting married, getting divorced, having kids getting addicted to drugs/gambling/porn/anything, not pulling their weight, wanting to sell, stealing money, getting cancelled form some social media post, and the list goes on.

Generally it is not recommended to encourage alcohol related stuff in an STR becuase of liability, but I could see getting some use out of it.I would personally ditch the movie theatre concept and go full on game room.

As far as I know they have been experiencing infrastructure issues for some time now  infrastructure issues from the day they recorded the subdivision platts. those lots have traded at tax sale and foreclosures for decades now.. just like many areas like it in other parts of the country.. just watch Glen Garry Glen Ross to see how those parcels were orginally sold.. that movie is dead on accurate.

We have a cabinet with a decent selection of DVDs that includes Marvel stuff, Lord of the Rings, Disney movies, comedies, Die Hard, Predator, etc. 

From the background I came from I would be a poster child success story, one of those feel-good movies maybe you see on TV.

Justin Long (the STR landlord) didn't do so hot in that movie lol.Been doing mine for 2.5 years. 

Sorry if I’m discouraging, but I’ve seen this movie before.

So back to movies. 

Were they Movie based or original plays?

if not its something its right out of the movies how they just left them standing HUGE facilities rotting ..
