Don't forget about the good ol' handwritten letter

AI is everywhere now and people are starting to tune it out

emails feel fake, texts feel spammy, and cold calls get ignored

but a handwritten letter STILL stands out

when a homeowner opens the mail and sees real ink and real words, it feels different

it is personal, someone took the time to reach out

that little bit of effort can be the reason they call you instead of tossing it away

handwritten letters show care in a way no computer can copy

if you want to reach homeowners who are ready to sell, pick up a pen

sometimes the old ways work better than the new ones

just make sure the list is very targeted

every letter counts, every letter matters

it doesn't have to be the only marketing avenue you have,

but if you're going to do it, do it right

I have been wanting to add this on my schedule. Send out 10 or so a day of handwritten.

ive been writing 20 every evening for the month of October, play a movie or podcast in the background and next thing you know you wrote 40 in 1.5 hours. lol it's actually fun to get away from all this tech and just try a new challenge and marketing avenue

im writing to a list of code violations i found in my county.

you got a particular list you're sending them to?

Oh nice. My only concern is my handwriting looks terrible lol. 2-4 unit owners and distressed homes. That way I can plug those leads into my investor lists

The uglier the better, that way people can't say it's AI! lol especially if it's ugly cursive. No way a machine, printer or AI can be that good right now

Very true. No point in overthinking it :)
