I am at the point now where my family and I feel ready to start investing.I currently live in Morristown, TN (sorry to anybody with a keyword for Morristown, NJ) and I have been looking at the rental markets for the past year here in Tennessee (Morristown and Jefferson City mainly, but also Knoxville, the tri-cities area, and Sevierville/Gatlinburg (STR of course!).
