I have a full-time job in corporate finance and am what most people would consider mid-career.

There are many cities like this across America, and as @Matt M. mentioned, those economic factors don't turn on a dime barring major political/economic events.

There are many options and taking cash from one of the buildings that is generating income is definitely an option provided it is not in an LLC, Corp. or any other structure that would make this co-mingling of funds. 

A corporate lawyer reviewed my commercial rental agreement once and said the following (copy/paste): I read your leases and I would have to give you a compliment.

Need advice on what is the best route to go forward.My situation:I currently have 2 properties fully paid off worth around $300,000 in a real estate corporation that I created around a year ago and am thinking about financing these 2 properties to get a loan from the bank in order to buy another property.

What is more important than anonymity is working with an experienced attorney to form the entity, and asking a lot of questions about how to maintain the corporate shield once you are operating on your own.
