Hello! Working on an owner finance deal and I'm curious what technology you use to keep track of payments and amortization schedules. 

- state fees paid to open the LLC - fees to open and maintain a post office box- cell phone plan

It's what I use for my rental portfolio, and they've got a great platform / app.

Granted, this is just an app to get pre approved, but I'm concerned that without all the correct DSCR needed information, the process will get stalled.

Any clear format works such as spreadsheet app or paper as long as it is accurate and credible.

I noticed after about 1 year of app paying they never applied my zelle payments.   

Basically does it all and the customer service and response time on the in app or online chat is insanely fast.
