I have spent some time researching real estate on the blockchain and owning real world assets digitally. 

I am not saying Nomad is the same situation, but being digital might be a negative verse a positive if you are looking at it as trying to actually keep your property/asset in a position to win verse just going with an easy solution. 

It feels we can market deals ourselves and find deals ourselves.

The other thing with comparing these 2 would be MLS deals are easy to find, off market is not.
