You can bond off the lien through a title company or your attorney — basically post a surety bond equal to the lien amount so you can move forward with clear title.

In this case I preach what I say as my debt is over 800x my 2024 income (I question if my debt ratio is the highest of all BP users).  

I told her that if this was Amway I wasn’t interested.
