Yes, you can rent out other units in a MFR to S8 tenants.Please reread what I posted though, as S8 is NOT a "perfect" solution:( You are just trading one set of problems for another.

There's a reason "checking your work" and "rereading what you wrote" was taught, to provide clarity and reduce errors.I'm willing to bet that part is usually omitted.

Every time you have overcome a challenge, write it down or tell someone about it - you will start to wire your brain that every issue you encounter, you figure out a solution.This was the most arrogant, condescending, uninformed, mansplained response that I had to re-read it several times before I realized it wasn't parody.

I have to reread that book again since it's been awhile.
