First off, big respect for getting your Nevada real estate license and sticking with Dave Ramsey’s plan, that’s no joke, and it’ll pay off for sure.For getting to know the Vegas market better, I’d say start by hanging out where other investors and Realtors are: BiggerPockets forums, local meetups, even Facebook groups.
