Try to sell a house with house hacking potential

Hi there. I'm new to the world of house hacking :-). We are try to sell our home in Lafayette, CO that has a fully permitted ADU in the basement. I'm new to the concept of house hacking and I'm trying to figure out where is the best place to market to house hackers. I created a website and flyer but I'm not sure what is the best avenue to reach house hackers other than Zillow and MLS. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks!
