I know its odd to come into a new field with a niche already picked, but my family owns a property management company and a 180 unit complex that they run.

I have 17 years of experience in the construction field. 

Remember, persistence and a positive attitude are key as you navigate this dynamic field.

Real estate is only touched upon as a part of “alternative” assets in the financial advisor field, and alternative assets are only a small part of the investment curriculum.  

My mentors collectively have upwards of 50 plus years experience in this field.

I’m in the field every day talking to owners, builders, and other wholesalers, and the deal flow has been interesting lately.

It's the lifestyle of doing what you want, when you want but also to scale up to a major player in the field.

There is also the medical field that is a big employer such as Ascension and also Baylor Scott and White.

I-40 was sure a well used road.I don't quite know how you would promote a "rent by the room" strategy unless you tapped in to the oil field works somehow.
