I find that is most often Verizon or T-Mobile.

I have been seeing a lot of RV Parks, Manufactured/Mobile Home Park, storage unit/facilities. 

I am currently looking to purchase a mobile home park just outside of Memphis, TN, where I am from.

They lied about having a landlord app for mobile - its not an app, its just a webpage tha you navigate to on your mobile device.
