that is odd..... but normally the owner does pay the HOA in Michigan - however, it could be negotiable so i would check with the landlord on that one. 

And given normal wear and tear now much time do you give yourself from the tenant moving out to the new tenant moving in?

It is a beta build so it doesn't have the normal security a site would have so chrome will Flag it.
