Has anyone used privy pro for wholesaling deals? Also where do you get contracts for Colorado market? Does Privy or batchleads help on finding buyers to figure out their buying box?

It's still important for each individual to test the software platforms to see which one they prefer.

I'm aware that local banks and credit unions tend to be easier with creative lending, but large banking institutions tend to have more ease of access and tend to have user-friendly software.

Most PM softwares will also handle payments.  

I've found it very easy to use and helping with keeping everything organized through their software.

You can watch videos on any software, but that's not as nice as getting in and clicking around yourself.Way more people are way more knowledgeable than me, but it's my opinion that a newbie or just a small scale investor only needs something stupid simple.
