Hi everyone, I normally do New Constructions but I have a Fixer upper that landed on my lap, being the first time using the Fix and Flip Report I would like any suggestions you have over this. 

I had an opportunity land in my lap that seems like not something I would want to pass up, but just curious if anybody has any feedback besides just saying no to the property because of the HOA.

So when the note is paid off via refinance, They receive principle repayment which is not taxable income correct?

There are so many legal and ethical pitfalls that you have to navigate, and even more challenging is to proactively avoid those issues rather than have to react as they land in your lap.
