Paris Scroggins Tenant credit criteria

If they have a reasonable explanation for the credit score (like maybe they lost their job during pandemic and had to survive on credit..) but they meet the income requirements and rental history (no evictions or current cases) I would ask for double deposit to forgo the credit score.
