I would want it to be inside the loop 610, near Museum District or in the Southwest portion of the loop as my work and my girlfriend's work is near the Museum District / med center area. 

Near the Pearl and in the Med Center are two areas that are doing very well for STR/vacation rentals.

There are also some spots near the Med Center that work well, and also near St.
