Are you utilizing Airbnb platform for MTR?

I won't claim to know if that is legal or not but if there are any attorneys on the bigger pockets platform, I would be very curious to hear their opinion on whether a sponsor has the ability to unilaterally erase an investors capital.

I Used Chat GPT to provide a list of Free direct bookings sites.My question to you is have you used any of the free sites, some (like Zeevou) I have never heard of.I just want something to direct family and friends and any advertising I do where they can direct book.

I scheduled it to send via SMS the day of check in to by pass the AirBNB & VRBO platforms.

The platforms offer that immediately.

Their platform is very glitchy and they overcharge for posting on Zillow/Trulia.
