Everyone you look up to; Musk, Bezos, Jensen etc etc etc, nothing about what made them worth idolizing was realistic. 

Government jobs are not safe with Elon around. 

Go through that list and on a scale of 1-10, 10 being slam-dunk 100% this would work 0-doubts, too 1 being a "Even Elon would struggle to pull this one off". 

Just because Elon is gone, doesn't mean DOGE is gone. 

For example TSLA recently shot from 350 too sub 290 due to the Musk/Trump tweet wars.

Elon did not start as Mr Tesla.

Maybe Elon's robot will do free repairs, handle collections, touch up paint scratches, plunge toilets, and all the other headaches we deal with in real estate investing. 

So naturally the rate of increase declines as a population get's as massive as the US's, unlike say Portugal where there rate of population would surge up if Elon and his harem moved there. 

Give it a little time , someone who doesnt like Elon will see the Tesla and take care of the issue
